We collect only the information necessary to process and deliver your order, including your name, phone number, delivery address, email (if provided), uploaded photos/files, and order details.

Your information is used solely for order processing, customer support, delivery, and improving our services. We do not sell or share your personal information with third parties except where required for payment processing, shipping, or by applicable law.

We do not upload, publish, share, or promote anyone’s photos without their explicit permission. Every photo submitted for customized products is used only for completing the order and is permanently deleted after the work has been completed.

While we take reasonable measures to protect your information, no method of online transmission or storage is completely secure.

Terms & Conditions

By placing an order, you confirm that all information and uploaded files are accurate and that you have the necessary rights to use any submitted images or content.

Customized products are produced according to the files and instructions provided by the customer. Slight variations in color, brightness, cropping, or print appearance may occur due to differences between digital displays and printed materials.

All orders are subject to acceptance and availability. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order if necessary.

Return & Refund Policy

Customized and personalized products are non-returnable, non-refundable, and non-exchangeable.

Orders for customized products cannot be cancelled once production has started.

Where a customized order is cancelled before completion or otherwise cannot be fulfilled by the customer, any materials, layouts, mockups, or customized outputs created in connection with that order may be retained or otherwise utilized by Minicorn for internal, promotional, marketing, archival, or commercial purposes at its sole discretion, unless otherwise agreed in writing.

For non-customized products, replacement requests are accepted only if the wrong or damaged item is reported within 24 hours of delivery, subject to verification.

Except where required by applicable law, no refunds will be issued.

Minicorn reserves the right to modify or update this policy at any time without prior notice. Continued use of our website constitutes acceptance of the latest version of this policy.
